Q: Do you do kitchens?
A: No. We produce solid timber components, pieces and accessories for kitchens, such as pilasters, plate and wine racks, cornices, handles and dove-tailed drawer boxes. We do not manufacture complete kitchen units.

Q: How long does delivery of my product take?
A: Depending largely on the availability of the items you require, the finishes you want and the quantity you order, production lead times will be quoted when making your order. Confirmation of the lead time will be e-mailed or faxed as soon as your order has been agreed and verified. Here at Rochdale Wood Products, we try to work to a 10 to 15 working day turnaround. However, bespoke design production times may vary.

Q: Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my products?
A: If the items have been previously verified by you, including all measurements, design, wood type, style, colour and finish, then Rochdale Wood Products would be unable to offer you a refund. We avoid this occurrence by being thorough with our detailed consultation and confirmation process. All confirmation details should be checked thoroughly by you on receipt.

Q: What if I need a wood to match up with an existing line or product?
A: If the original wood type is no longer available to us or has changed and you require a replacement, we have the facilities to match up wood products with our sophisticated range of colours, stains and finishes.

Q: What if I can’t find the exact wood product I want?
A: We are proud to offer you a unique design experience with our bespoke wood product service. Whatever you need, our design team are on hand to work with your ideas and create a final wood product that’s individual to your own specification.
