As well as our bespoke, made-to-measure design service, we also manufacture and hold a small selection of solid wood products from our standard ranges. From these standard manufactured items, the choice of size and finish is entirely yours. These staple items vary from decorative and ornate to simple and minimal in style and are available in a variety of woods, using a comprehensive selection of specialist mouldings and turnings, colours, lacquers and finishes to comply with our customers own specifications, thus making your product as individual as you like! You can choose from the following stock held items:
Corner posts, cornice pelmets, canopy cornice, pilasters, handles, plate racks, wine racks and fascias, worktop edgings, gallery rails and spindles.
Our state of the art wood turning machinery enables a vast choice in pilaster design, for example. The turnings can differ greatly in style from contemporary to classic, traditional to minimal. You can choose from a wide range of styles such as: barley twists, gun barrels, newel posts, and farmhouse legs, to name but a few. We have made our multi-functional pilaster profile so flexible that it can be incorporated into almost all sizes of kitchen unit. The design possibilities are endless.
The timbers we currently source are: Ash, Maple, Beech, Oak, Red Oak, American White Oak, European and Character Oak, Pine, Black Walnut, Red Alder and Cherry.
However, our team are continually aware of the developing trend for unusual hardwoods and will endeavour to meet your requirements as far as timber availability will allow.
